gardening

Well I am now starting to see the reward of all my garden work! Zucchini are growing like crazy,tomatoes are starting to turn red and peppers are ready to be picked. The marigolds,impatiens are beautiful and one sunflower is growing taller every day! The heat of last weekend did nothing to the garden, everything is out in full bloom doing well.

Gorgeous Monday!

The heat wave is gone! It feels nice to be comfortable again. Friday was the hottest day and crazy me had to get dressed up for a wedding. Yesterday I was off to the beach enjoy the water,sand and a good book. Today its back to work. Boy where the last couple of days heat crazy happy Monday everyone.

Happy Friday everyone! Here is why I am happy its payday and the weekend is here can't get any better than that. Its suppose to be a beautiful weekend on the beach, can't wait to put up my chair on the beach and get into the book I am reading. Got to work on my tan as next weekend I have a wedding to attend.

Summer reading

Hi everyone how is the summer  book reading going. I am in the middle of Minding Frankie a very good book. Has any one else read this book. Mave Benchie is the author, Her writing style takes me away from the real world for a while as I get to meet her new characters and places she writes about.  Any one else have a favorite author or book I am always looking for new authors to try.
