5k Run

These babies helped me run 5k in 1 hour today! Not bad for someone on the way to turning 51. Whose knows if I keep this up by the time 51 hits the sneakers could have do the 5k under 1  hour.

We are coming into the weekend home stretch. A very exciting weekend coming up an Irish fest and two craft shows! Saturday Point Pleasant is doing there Sea food fest in town with the craft fair and Sunday is the RedBank craft fest. I love the craft fests  as they inspire me. The weekend looks great for all out door activities!
